‍We can't know the future but we can know where we're headed. In a rapidly-shifting world it's essential that we paradigm-shifting business-owners keep our focus on what we value and are here to contribute.

This week we invite you to consider where you're headed and what your business is all about. Because our world needs what you have to give. In support of that we're getting super real about the economic paradigm around us and how we're here to serve you. Let's call this our (hu)Manifesto.

We believe that humans are designed to thrive.
We know in our bones that this is not only possible, but necessary.
These are critical times on this planet, and we need all hands on deck.
We need all of us showing up with all of who we are—giving our gifts, living our purpose, and contributing to the greater good.
This is the way forward to a world where everyone thrives.

We know the alternatives are grim.
The path of How Things Have Been Done does not lead to a good place.
It is time. Time for a different way.

We are not here to serve the existing structures of hierarchy, dominance, and greed.
We are not here to twist and trim ourselves to fit into a box in order to survive.
We also are not here to scrape by—being of service, but lacking what we need for ourselves.

We know there is a deeper economy operating.
An economy where humans give what is theirs to give and receive all that they need.
We see that this true economy is the way of Life itself, and exists even now, within the current structures and systems.
We believe the current structures are crumbling.

We are here to build new ones.
A business is a structure.
Businesses can be built in such a way that humans exist to serve the business, or they can be designed in service of people and planet—built to bring your gifts to the world in a way that both community and business-owner thrive.
That’s why we equip paradigm-shifting business-owners with the clarity and online presence they need to draw in the people they’re meant to serve.

We are here to serve the ones who serve.
We are here to support the deeper economy of people sharing their gifts with their community and receiving all that they need.
We are here to build the new world of win-win, one business at time, moving us all that much closer to a world where everyone thrives.
